Episode 34 of the Kurncast – Storytime!
Dear listeners, welcome to Episode 34 of the Kurncast. I’ve been listening to a lot of podcasts that aim to try to tell a story and, when something… interesting… happened to me on Friday, I decided I would do something similar for this episode. There’s a whole lot of backstory to explain my reaction to the event that happened to me on Friday, so here we go with Episode 34 of the Kurncast.

Times change, as do people—but that doesn’t necessarily negate the bad taste their actions left in your mouth. I can relate directly to elements in your story based on my own personal experience. Not an apples-to-apples situation, but smaller instances that relate to what Log did and how it affected you.
The one element in this story that sticks out the most to me is how long ago this happened. To me, eight years seems like it wouldn’t hurt to at least leave the door to dialogue open. I was in a situation a year ago where some people I trusted in-game essentially hung me out to dry. I can say to this day I have no interest in speaking with them, but I can’t say I’ll feel the same seven years down the road.
If I were in your situation, I don’t think I’d do anything else at this point. Don’t even reply if you don’t feel like it. If there are ulterior motives behind his contacting you, they’ll reveal themselves in short order.
Good luck!
