Not too much to talk about this week. Spent all of Monday out with my littlest nephew and am absolutely wiped out.
But, over the weekend, I did do 5 BC Timewalking dungeons on Madrana, so you might enjoy looking at that! I had one tank I thought of as “good”, one was “okay” and the others were, IMHO, bad.

I think it’s easier to talk about the ones I don’t like, since there’s very few of them. As in Shattered Halls.
Now, to preface that, if I were on a ranged DPS I’d not mind Shattered Halls at all, but during the 2021 TBC Classic incarnation I ran as an Enhancement Shammy, so I grew to loathe the packs in Shattered Halls. Especially when a Mage would freeze the pack in place; they’d be unable to reach the tank, turn around, and one-shot poor ol’ me. When I used to get called out for starting out slowly on those packs, I’d point out that I kind of liked not dying to trash mobs and I was happy to wait until the tank had them all rounded up. (::grumble grumble:: speedrunners ::grumble grumble::)
A close second would be Shadow Labs, mainly because that second boss with his chaos ability usually meant I was going to die or kill off a party member. There was never an in-between with him. I never minded Murmur, unlike some people who absolutely hate him, but yeah, it’d have to be Shadow Labs for that second boss.
As far as instances I liked the best, hmm…
For Normal instances, the SSC three are fine (Slave Pens, Underbog, Steamvault) as well as Ramparts and Blood Furnace. For Heroics, probably Slave Pens and Mana Tombs. Just an overall gut feel there. I only ever did Heroic Ramparts once, and IIRC it was far harder than it had any right to be.
ahahaha, I hate so many BC instances, especially the heroic ones. I think I mention that in the linked video, something like “this is why I don’t have Champion of the Naaru”. Also the bit about me laughing at people who would ask me to heal a dungeon for them in guild. ;)
Yeah, Shattered Halls, especially Heroic Shattered Halls, is terrifying for someone who is melee or someone running with a mage who doesn’t know how to properly use their abilities. NO ONE seems to understand these days that if you root something, it automatically turns to whoever’s in range and just smashes them in the face.

I think Slave Pens is universally liked, but I never liked Underbog. I DID enjoy Steamvault, though. And yes, Ramps and BF were great.
Heroic Ramps was sort of like…. why are we doing this to ourselves, IIRC. hahahaha.
